Eastern Estonian tour ending with festive summer days

IPA Estonian Section 30th anniversary will be celebrated with Friendship Week and Summer Days on 10.-16.07.2023 in East and West Viru and Pärnu County of Estonia.

IPA Estonia Section was founded in 1993 and in July 2023 will celebrate its 30th anniversary. On this occasion, we invite you to participate in the IPA Estonian Section's Friendship Week program following festive Summer Days. Accommodation has been reserved for all participants during Friendship Week in the newest and most modern training centre at the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences in Narva.

The Friendship Week will end with the traditional IPA Estonia Summer Days on 14-16.07.2023 at the Lepanina Hotel.

During the Friendship Week, we have planned to visit the sights of the Eastern Prefecture, such as:

• Narva Fortress
• Sillamäe promenade
• Rakvere Fortress
• Estonian Police Museum
• Moe Distillery
• Estonian Mining Museum
• Kreenholm industriaal complex
• Bastion Casemates

We will also get an insight into the activities and tools of the police officers of the Eastern Prefecture and spend an interesting day hiking in the Viru bog.

We expect our guests to be in Tallinn at the Lennart Meri Airport on 10th of July 2023 by 12:00 at the latest where we will start our journey to Narva.

The participation fee for the Friendship Week and Summer Days event is 750 EUR.

The price includes:

• 4 nights of accommodation in Narva (at Estonian Academy of Security Sciences).
• 2 nights of accommodation in Pärnu county (at Lepanina hotel).
• Meals (from Monday 10th dinner to Sunday 16th breakfast). Alcohol is not included.
• All visits and excursions in the official program (including entrance fees).
• All transfers to the visits, excursions and professional tour guidance.
• Transfers from Tallinn airport to Narva and from Pärnu back to Tallinn airport.
• IPA assistance 24 hours.

PS! Since we are expecting a lot of visitors and the number of rooms is limited, the accommodation in Narva and Pärnu is only available in twin rooms.

Payment

DEPOSIT: Together with the filled registration form, a deposit of 300 EURO must be transferred by 30th April 2023. The deposit is not refundable!

FULL PAYMENT: The balance must be transferred by 31th May 2023 (at the latest).
