Many of you have shown your interest in our 3rd international meeting which will take place from 7 to 12 September 2021 and I thank you for that.

We are aware that the health situation may slow down your desire to participate and that you are waiting to see the evolution, which is why I am sending you the decontamination calendar announced by our president:
From 19 May, restaurant terraces, museums... reopen
On June 9, the country will be open to foreign tourists again (subject to negative tests or vaccination), curfew rules are relaxed, restaurants reopen...
End of June, curfew rules end.

We all hope that the health situation continues to improve and we look forward to seeing you in September.
The holiday village is reopening its doors and despite the large number of requests they have received for september, they have reserved for us some accommodation. Don't delay in confirming your registrations, there are still some bungalows available.

Be reassured that in case of governmental decision preventing the realization of our meeting, the totality of the sums received will be refunded.
